Manchester United will welcome Chelsea at Old Trafford this Sunday as they look to secure a good result at home in the Premier League.

Ruud van Nistelrooy opt for the 4-2-3-1 formation once again and could make some changes to his first team for this game. We can expect Rasmus Hojlund to lead the line for the Mancunian club up top.

4-2-3-1 Manchester United Predicted Lineup To Face Chelsea
Defence

Andre Onana will operate in goal for Man United once again after conceding one goal in his last league outing. De Ligt will play alongside Harry Maguire at the centre of ten Hag’s defence as they look to keep the opposition at bay during the 90 minutes.

Dalot will function as the right-back while Luke Shaw looks to catch the eye on the other flank as the left-back. Both of them would need to be at the top of their game if they want to stop the opposition from creating too many problems from the wide areas.

Midfield

Casemiro and Ugarte will anchor the midfield for Man United as they try to make life difficult for the opposition at the centre of the park.

The talented trio of Alejandro Garnacho, Bruno Fernandes and Marcus Rashford will operate just ahead of them as part of Man United’s attack. All three of them need to combine well if they want to engineer enough chances for the Red Devils to win this Premier League contest.

Attack

Rasmus Hojlund will lead the charge for the Mancunian giants in the final third. He has to find a way to threaten the Chelsea goal this week.

Joshua Zirkzee will drop to the bench as he waits for his opportunity to influence the game in the latter stages if needed.
