Early morning deal – £35m superstar is in Old Trafford today to complete deal as Man United set to announce their first signing of the summer
Manchester United are set to make an official offer to secure the signing of Andre Onana in the coming days.
As per today’s version of La Gazzetta Dello Sport (news image provided below), Inter Milan want to re-sign Romelu Lukaku on permanent basis this summer and for that they need to raise funds.
The Milan based news source have mentioned the Nerazzurri are looking to offload Onana and Brozovic and the Cameroonian shot stopper could be heading to Old Trafford.
The headline states “Andre to United and assist for Romelu, Inter has the plan”
It is reported that Man Utd will move in with a bid and Inter are expecting a ‘real offer’ worth £42.8m (50 million euros excluding bonuses) from the Red Devils this week.
We are at the ‘final rush’, the negotiations between the two clubs have been intense and Inter want the deal to materialize because they need to raise cash.
The Champions League runners up are already adding a forward in the form of French international, Marcus Thuram, on a bosman but they are serious about getting Lukaku from Chelsea
Brozovic is close to joining Al-Nassr. The Croatian midfielder has already said his goodbyes and is set to move to Saudi Arabia.
With just over two weeks left before the start of the pre-season, Erik Ten Hag needs to act fast to reinforce the squad in the summer transfer window.
