HERE WE GO, Completed – Mohammed Kudusto Arsenal is a Done deal as Arsenal set to announce their fourth signing this week
Here is your Arsenal transfer roundup on Wednesday, July 26.
Mohammed Kudus transfer stanc
Arsenal are showing clear interest in Ajax star Mohammed Kudus this summer, but will look to make some exits from their own squad before looking to add him to their ranks. That’s according to Ben Jacobs, who claims in his CaughtOffside column that the Gunners have been in contact over a move for a few weeks.
However, while they are making progress towards completing that deal, the exits could see them miss out to rivals Chelsea, who are claimed to be closing in on agreeing personal terms.
Bitello deal completed this week
Arsenal are set to make their fourth signing of the summer transfer window in the coming week in the form of Gremio midfielder Bitello. TuttoMercatoWeb claims that the Brazilian midfielder is readying a move to the Emirates Stadium in the next few days amid recent links with a switch.
The transfer is said to cost roughly £6.8million, with the Gunners beating rivals from across Europe to land the 23-year-old’s signature.
Charlie Patino exit latest
An exit from Arsenal for Charlie Patino is not close to completion yet as the youngster looks to make a permanent switch this summer, reports Fabrizio Romano. The Hale End academy graduate impressed on loan at Championship side Blackpool last season, despite their relegation to League One.
The development has seen him move closer to an exit, but according to Romano, at this stage most offers are loan deals and any permanent switch would have to include a buyback clause.
