‘He’s going to save Arsenal in the future, don’t sell Him yet’: Arsenal legend Ian Wright seriously warned Arteta to becareful of club DOWNFALL not to sell 25 -year Old Arsenal Star despite concrete interest from LONDON rivals

West Ham United and Wolverhampton Wanderers are keen on Stuttgart centre-back Konstantinos Mavropanos, with Arsenal set to benefit from a potential deal, according to the Sun.

The Greek international left the Gunners for the Bundesliga club last summer permanently after three loan spells away from North London.

Arsenal inserted a sell-on clause into the deal that took Mavropanos to Stuttgart, and a transfer windfall awaits if he joins another club.

LondonWorld claim that Fulham, Inter Milan and Napoli are also keen on the 25-year-old, and he is currently rated at around £25 million.

Mavropanos joined Arsenal from Super League Greece club PAS Giannina in January 2018, but he ended up making just eight appearances before leaving on loan for Nurnberg in January 2020.

A groin injury in October 2018 kept the centre-back out of action until January 2019, and Ian Wright predicted that he was going to become an Arsenal legend after he returned to action.

Unfortunately, Mavropanos failed to live up to the hype but has since gone on to impress in the Bundesliga, helping Stuttgart retain their top-flight status over the last two seasons.

He has some unfinished business in the Premier League and could be tempted to jump at a chance to return.

Arsenal are well-stocked at the back, but they could start keeping tabs on him again should he start playing in the English top-flight again and continue to impress as he has done in Germany.
