Bayern Munich boss Thomas Tuchel have sent transfer request to Arsenal for their £40m DEFENDER – Tuchel wants to lure Him to Bayern so that He can compete for Champions league

Bayern Munich would love to sign £40m star Takehiro Tomiyasu during the January transfer window, but Arsenal are not willing to let the Japan international leave the club.

That is according to journalist Florian Plettenberg, who suggested that the Bavarian giants were admirers of the 25-year-old in the summer.

Bayern Munich would love to sign Takehiro Tomiyasu
Takehiro Tomiyasu may not be a regular fixture in the Arsenal team, but he has been a very decent signing since making a £16 million move from Bologna.

Mikel Arteta values Tomiyasu’s versatility as he is able to play across the backline. But he has struggled with injury at times since moving to the Emirates. And it seems that he could be offered the chance to leave the club in the coming weeks.

Florian Plettenberg is now reporting that Bayern Munich are admirers of Tomiyasu. And they would love to bring him to Bavaria in the January window.

However, Arsenal’s stance is that Tomiyasu will not be allowed to leave…

Gunners will surely not allow any important players to leave in the winter
Arsenal are surely right to make sure that Tomiyasu goes nowhere. Ultimately, he is not a regular starter for the club. However, he is such a valuable player to have in the squad, particularly with Arsenal battling in the Champions League.

Mikel Arteta’s men are also back in the race for the Premier League title this season. So they are surely only going to sign players in the window rather than let them go.

Certainly, if any player is going to leave, it is only going to be for big money. And it is hard to imagine Bayern making a huge bid for Tomiyasu.

He is a ‘world-class‘ player. And every club would benefit from having Tomiyasu in their ranks.

If Bayern want him in January, they are surely going to have to offer Arsenal the chance to make a huge profit, or they will need to look elsewhere.
