He is the biggest character in the dressing room,I fell in love with Him right from Day one’: Declan Rice Says £50m Arsenal player is the only best friend He has

England international midfielder Declan Rice has claimed that Oleksandr Zinchenko is the biggest character in the Arsenal dressing room.

The Ukraine international joined the Gunners from Manchester City in the summer of 2022 and has established himself as one of the fans’ favourites.

Rice moved to Arsenal from West Ham United last summer and is already one of the leaders in the dressing room.

He has hit the ground running at the North London club and formed a great bond with his teammates.

Rice says the vibes in the Gunners dressing room are great, revealing the clown among the players.

“The biggest character for sure is Zinchenko,” the Arsenal star told Premier League productions.

“He is crazy. He’s so funny. I would probably say he’s the joker of the team. A lot of the other lads would probably say that as well.

“Constantly just winding up people, and the vibes are very good in the changing room to be fair.”

Zinchenko has been a great influence on and off the pitch for Arsenal, and having such a character in the dressing cannot be undermined.

The 26-year-old will now be looking to help the Gunners win the Premier League title having come close last time.

The Ukrainian left-back won the title in 2021-22 with Man City and would have been gutted to see Arsenal miss out on it during the closing stages of the 2022-23 campaign having seen them lead the way for the majority of the season.

Zinchenko has four league titles, four Carabao Cups, one FA Cup and one FA Community Shield to his name, all coming while he was at the Etihad Stadium club, and he will be looking forward to winning major silverware with the Gunners.

They have been dumped out of the Carabao Cup but are firmly in the title race and are just a point from sealing a spot in the round of 16 of the Champions League.

Zinchenko and his teammates will be giving it their all in the remaining three competitions Arsenal are in, and ending this term with a trophy is a huge possibility.
