The Englishman has been heavily linked with a move away from the Bees next month. A number of clubs are said to be keen to sign him, but nobody has been in the news more than the Premier League leaders, Arsenal.

Arsenal have been linked with a move to sign Ivan Toney for months now.
The Gunners are looking to strengthen their squad to go all the way in the title race, and many feel a new striker will push them a step further than they managed to go last season.
Toney will be allowed back to play in the Premier League in the middle of January, and numerous reports have claimed that he would love to join Arsenal.
Now, Brentford director Lee Dykes has admitted that his star striker could leave soon but only if an acceptable bid arrives on the table.
He told the Bees’ website: “There will be lots of interest in Ivan in January. Naturally, there should be.
“He was the third-highest Premier League goalscorer last season – one of them [Harry Kane] has gone to Germany now, so he’s up there as one of the best strikers in the division. He is in the top five in the world, in my opinion.
“So there should be interest, and maybe the time comes very shortly that Ivan moves on to another club. But, they will have to pay a decent transfer fee to acquire his services because he is some talent.”
Toney could be a game-changer for Arsenal
One of Arsenal‘s biggest strengths is how they share their goals across their attack.
Bukayo Saka, Gabriel Martinelli and Martin Odegaard all got into double figures last season, while Gabriel Jesus, who missed a chunk of the season due to injury, also found the net 11 times in all competitions.
The one thing Arsenal lack is a prolific striker who will guarantee 20 or 25 goals a season.
Toney could be that guy, and if Arsenal can sign him next month, they will give themselves a great chance of winning the Premier League title.
