Altay Bayindir starts, Garnacho benched for Amad, Maguire starts’: Predicted Man united XI to face wolves today as Ten Hag set to return back to winning ways
Manchester United return to Premier League action against Wolves on Thursday night.
United progressed to the fifth round of the FA Cup last weekend with a 4-2 win over Newport County, who managed to make a contest of the clash after trailing by two goals within 15 minutes.
Erik ten Hag’s side will now take on Wolves at Molineux Stadium and the fixture won’t be straightforward because the opposition are undefeated in seven matches across all competitions.
Wolves were defeated 1-0 at Old Trafford in the opening game of the season and they felt aggrieved not to leave Manchester with a result after a late controversial referee decision.
Regarding the team news, Marcus Rashford and Andre Onana will be available again, but the game has come too soon for Mason Mount, who is still sidelined with injury.
So here’s how our writers think United should line up…

Ten Hag finally has the strongest set of United players to choose from in a game but he cannot play his strongest team out of the principle. Rashford is back in the fold but should not be back in the team. Few care for Antony but he did at least get an assist and a goal at the weekend.
Altay Bayindir was fine at Newport but Onana is supposed to be United’s long-term goalkeeper and he owes them a performance after the charade of his fortnight in the Ivory Coast.
