Michael Olise’s Man united future ‘SHIRT NUMBER’ revealed as agent and Crystal Palace director gives GREENLIGHT to finalize transfer NOW
For Manchester United, one top target this summer appears to be Crystal Palace’s Michael Olise and now his thoughts on the move are shared.
For Ineos and Sir Jim Ratcliffe, the summer transfer window is vitally important this summer to provide Erik ten Hag or whoever the manager is in September with the tools to compete next season.
One of the best and most dangerous of these tools which have been linked with a move to Manchester United is Michael Olise, with the Crystal Palace superstar a name which has been linked all season long and has been named in many dream lineups for next season.
Olise is thought to be a United fan and therefore a deal makes sense for all parties, with his quality being a bargain at his release clause fee.
Now, it has been reported exactly how the winger feels about making a move to Old Trafford this summer, while concerns will be rising over Chelsea’s plans to make their own move for Olise.
How Michael Olise is feeling about a move to Manchester United
Olise is an ambitious player who wants to play European football and with Europa League football, and the promise of Champions League football next season, United could prove tempting.
Now, GiveMeSport has reported exactly how the Frenchman is thinking about potentially making the £60m move to the Red Devils.
Ben Jacobs provided the information and he’s reported that United are ‘confident’ over their chances of signing the “incredible” Olise, as Pep Guardiola labelled him, while also mentioning that he is a priority.
Continuing, Jacobs shared that Olise himself “by all accounts… would be very keen on joining as well.”
This bodes very well for United in their chances of securing arguably the league’s number on right winger this summer, however, common sense would indicate that Ineos need to clear up the managerial situation, which is quickly becoming a mess, prior to any target agreeing to join.
Manchester United must move quickly to secure Michael Olise as Chelsea circle
As good as it is to hear the player wants the move to Old Trafford, it’s not ideal to hear that Chelsea are also keen and as Fabrizio Romano explained ‘really appreciate’ the 22-year-old winger.
He explained during a live on YouTube that Chelsea are keen to move for Olise after securing the arrival of Tosin Adarabioyo, who United had also shown an interest in.
Luckily, Romano added that the decision on Ten Hag is in its final stages and therefore we shouldn’t have to wait too long for the situation to be cleared up.
This could mean United will act quickly and could swoop for Olise once the managerial situation is resolved.
