CONFIRMED: Journalist confirms Man United has sign a Star who’ll give them what they lack that led to Brighton’s defeat today
Brazil has always had the knack of producing prodigious talents but most of them have usually been in attack.
However, could Man Utd be about to try and sign a prodigious Brazilian midfielder to replace Casemiro in midfield in the future?
As per journalist Aline Nastari on X (formerly known as Twitter), Premier League clubs, Wolves and Man Utd, are negotiating with the representatives of Andre Trindade but there is no offer on the table yet.
The Red Devils have been interested in the Samba play breaker since last year and now they look to finally strike a deal to secure his signing.
The 23-year-old is widely regarded as one of the biggest talents coming out of Brazil in recent times. Liverpool were linked with signing Andre for a long time but despite a lot of talks, the signing never materialized.
A classic #6, Andre was almost on his way to Fulham last month before the move broke down. The Cottagers had reached an agreement for around £25m to sign the 23-year-old who would have replaced Joao Palhinha at the club.
Andre has the defensive acumen to play as the sole #6 in a 4-3-3 and the versatility to play as a part of a dual #6 in a 4-2-3-1. He might not be as physical as Casemiro considering his stature but manages to make up for that with excellent anticipation.
