Man Utd have a lot of areas in the current squad that are not at the standard one would expect and the club need to find potential reinforcements in the market who could bolster the squad.
There are two ways the Red Devils could go about making this happen. They could either try to sign players who are already established and available in a price range or they could focus on youngsters thriving in other leagues.
Along the same lines, as per Team Talk, Man Utd are preparing a bid to sign talented Swiss international midfielder Ardon Jashari from Club Brugge to reinforce the midfield at Old Trafford.
Predominantly a defensive midfielder but not necessarily constricted to performing just defensive duties, the youngster has express his versatility, scoring 4 goals and providing 6 assists last season.
Having already been capped 4 times by Switzerland at the senior level, it is clear that the talent is there. A move to Man Utd could shoot him to limelight and make further people notice his level.
The report mentions that suitors have been made aware that a fee of £34million would get the signing done and that might not be a stretch for the Red Devils, considering their ambitious plans this summer.
Man Utd under Ruben Amorim play a formation that involves two holding midfielders and Jashari would perfectly fit into one of those roles. He could provide competition to the likes of Manuel Ugarte, Kobbie Mainoo and Casemiro.
It remains to be seen if Man Utd are able to convince Jashari to choose them as his next destination and also agree a fee with Club Brugge. The next few weeks could be pivotal.
