Arsenal could make a ‘very high offer’ for Juventus winger Kenan Yildiz, according to football reporter Matthijs Pog.
The Gunners recently suffered a huge setback as Vinicius Junior committed his future to Real Madrid on a fresh six-year contract.
Arsenal were eager to secure an ambitious deal for the Brazilian, and manager Mikel Arteta also communicated with him.
The club were ready to make a substantial financial offer, but the 26-year-old decided to stay put with Los Blancos with a fresh deal.
The Premier League holders are exploring alternatives, and Pog claims that the Gunners could return for Yildiz’s services.
Juventus previously made it clear that the Turkish ace was not for sale, but Arsenal will soon present a ‘very high offer’ for him.

Yildiz was one of the Gunners’ first targets of the summer transfer window. Arsenal made an enquiry, which was quickly dismissed.
Juventus categorically ruled out his departure. The club’s majority shareholder, John Elkann, personally intervened and blocked Yildiz’s exit.
The Bayern Munich graduate viewed Arsenal as a ‘welcome destination’ at the time, and the Gunners could test Juventus’ resolve again this month.
Yildiz is one of the best upcoming wingers, and he had a productive 2025/26 season for Juventus, making 21 goal contributions across all competitions.
He is primarily a left-sided winger and created an impressive 15 big chances in Serie A last term; only two players managed more during the campaign.
Looking at DataMB stats, he is probably the closest with the potential to match Vinicius. Vinicius is better at ball carrying, but Yildiz is a superior crosser.
Of course, Yildiz has yet to find the consistency required to become an elite winger. At 21, he has yet to enter the prime of his career, and could be a world-class performer in the long run.
It was previously reported by Gazzetta dello Sport that Yildiz could be sold for £86 million if he did not extend his contract. Yildiz ended up penning a new deal until the summer of 2030.
Hence, Juventus are in a strong position to keep him, but the need to offset substantial losses due to the lack of Champions League football could yet entice them to part ways with Yildiz.
