It’s only pre-season, but the first few games and the opening week have gone pretty well for Jesus and there’s no doubt he would have been putting in some positive words to Zinchenko.
Well, Parlour, who was part of the club’s away kit launch in Orlando on Monday, is pretty excited at the prospect of Zinchenko arriving at the club.
“That would be a great signing as well. We need a bit of cover on that left-hand side. Zinchenko, he can play different positions as well, so that would be a fantastic signing if they can get him over the line.”
It needs to be remembered that Arsenal aren’t in the Champions League, yet they have managed to persuade two players to drop from that level into the Europa League.
