Arsenal could sell first team £62,000-a-week defender who featured Against MANCHESTER CITY, Juventus KEEN on SIGNING him
Juventus want to sign European star from Arsenal in the summer transfer window, according to CMW.
JUVENTUS LINKED WITH ARSENAL RIGHT-BACK TAKEHIRO TOMIYASU
The Italian news outlet has claimed that Juventus have been following Tomiyasu for a while and remain keen on securing the services of the Arsenal and Japan international right-back.
The Gunners reportedly want to sign Ivan Fresneda from Real Valladolid.
If Arsenal are able to bring the Spanish right-back to the Emirates Stadium in the summer of 2023, then they could let Tomiyasu leave, with former Serie A and UEFA Champions League winners Juventus keen on the £62,000-a-week (SalarySport) 24-year-old, according to the report.
COULD A SUMMER TRANSFER HAPPEN?
In our view, Juventus could be able to sign Takehiro Tomiyasu from Arsenal in the summer transfer window.
Ben White has been playing as a right-back for Arsenal this season.
So, if Arsenal sign Fresneda in the summer of 2023, then it will mean more competition for Tomiyasu.
If Juventus are willing to pay a good transfer fee for the Japan international right-back, then we think that Arsenal could be tempted to cash in on him.
Tomiyasu has made five starts and 13 substitute appearances in the Premier League and has made four starts and two substitute appearances in the UEFA Europa League for Arsenal so far this season.
