Arsenal next five fixtures compared to Liverpool and Man city as Arteta Men set to revive their lost Glory and return back to the winning ways

Arsenal’s 2023 hasn’t come to the end they would’ve hoped as the side put down the chance to enter the new year top of the table. Instead, they sit fourth after a run of one win in five games, with the latest coming in a 2-1 defeat at the hands of London rivals Fulham.

Bukayo Saka appeared to end the Gunners’ problems in front of goal as he gave his side the lead inside the opening few minutes, but that didn’t last. Raul Jimenez pulled the game level just before the half hour mark as the away side struggled to take control of the game once again.

A messy bit of defending from a corner then led to Bobby De Cordova-Reid poking home a huge goal in front of the home crowd to send them into wild celebrations. Arsenal pushed but they couldn’t find another opening as they are handed another setback in the title race.

With that said, there are now some big fixtures coming up as here’s a look at how they compare to their rivals in the race for the league.

Crystal Palace (H) – January 20
Next up in the league is another clash with a London side as Arsenal host Crystal Palace, with hopes of bouncing back and gaining another three points. Palace are only six points clear of the bottom three, but a huge win over Brentford last time out may be the start of an ideal run of form for them.
