Arsenal ready to offer as much as €65m for Serie A player
Arsenal are keen on signing Lazio Midfielder, Milinkovic-Savic and it’s been reported that they could table an offer worth €65 million.
Arsenal this summer have already signed 4 players this summer despite failing to qualify for Ucl next season.
After completing the signing of Brazilian forward Gabriel Jesus it is reported that the gunners are pushing to sign another big name player in Lazio’s Sergej Milinkovic-Savic.
Il Messaggero relayed to TuttoJuve on Tuesday that over the past few days arsenal have renewed their interest in the Serbian midfielder whilst also preparing a second bid for the player.
Il Messaggero claims Arsenal had their first bid worth €55million was rejected by Lazio and Arsenal is willing to up their offer to €65 million.
Milinkovic-Savic have two years left on his contract with Lazio but he desires to try new exploits and the reported second bid of Mikel Arteta’s side worth €65m would be enough to convince Lazio to let go of their star player.
Arsenal have been busy during this summer transfer window having signed Gabriel Jesus, Marquinhos, Fabio Viera and Matt Turner whilst also conducting the sale of some of their players.
Arsenal have let Lacazette go on a free transfer whilst also selling Lucas Torreira to Florentina and are hoping to sell Nicolas Pepe as well as Maitland-Niles.
Another midfield option for the London club is Youri Tielemans and Fabrizio Romano claims he is the gunners top transfer target.
