Arsenal have sent a clear message to their Premier League rivals with a comfortable 4-1 win against Tottenham Hotspur in the North London Derby.
Mikel Arteta’s side went into the game knowing that they had the chance to extend their lead at the top of the Premier League after Man City’s loss against Newcastle on Saturday evening.
Leandro Trossard gave Arsenal the lead in the 38th minute. And it got even better before half-time with Eberechi Eze making his mark.
In the 46th minute, Eze put Arsenal 3-0 to the good. Richarlison did give Spurs a little bit of hope with his goal in the 55th minute, but it was all about Eze, with the summer signing making it 4-1 in the 76th minute.
