Man Utd are set to secure signings of Matthijs de Ligt and Joshua Zirkzee and the duo would cost around £76.5m, as per reports.
Multiple renowned media outlets have mentioned that the Red Devils are closing in to lure the Dutch duo from Bayern Munich and Bologna respectively.
According to talkSPORT, Man Utd are close to luring De Ligt and Zirkzee to reinforce their defense and the strike-force in the summer transfer window.
The Netherlands duo are in Germany for the European Championships and are ready to secure a move to Old Trafford.
As per today’s version of The Daily Mail, the headline states ‘United set to swoop for Zirkzee and De Ligt as £52m Olise joins Bayern’.
The 23-year-old center forward would cost around £34million, which is the release clause in his current deal with the Rossoblu.
On the other hand, De Ligt is going to cost around £42.5million from Bayern, who have confirmed the signing of Olise from Palace and are close to announcing Joao Palhinha from Fulham.
Zirkzee should replace Anthony Martial to improve the quality and depth of the striking department at Man Utd.
On the other hand, De Ligt will likely be the one to replace four time Champions League winner, Raphael Varane, in the central defense.
In your opinion, can Zirkzee and De Ligt help Man Utd challenge for the PL title next season?
