Erik Ten Hag is the problem of this team and He is definitely going to cost us this season again if not look at How He is still forcing this guy for Man united”, United legend Paul scholes said One United player doesn’t deserve to wear the Man United jersey anymore after losing possession more than every other player today in their 1-0 loss to Rosenborg

Man United kicked off their pre-season this evening against Rosenborg. Here are our player ratings from the encounter.

Radek Vitek – Comfortably United’s best player in the first 45 minutes. Made some unreal saves to preserve his clean sheet up until the 93rd minute. 9/10

Aaron Wan-Bissaka – One of the few senior players out there. Did his job well and shut down that side of the Rosenborg attack. 6/10

Will Fish – Back from his loan at Hibs, starting for United in pre-season. Won some headers and tackles. 6/10

Jonny Evans – Wasn’t afraid to bark orders at his teammates in an effort to keep United organised. Defended well under constant pressure. 6/10

Sam Murray – Struggled with the effort and intensity which is normal during the first pre-season game. 4/10

Casemiro – Found it tough. Was on the wrong end of a shocking tackle and that seemed to affect his play. 4/10

Mason Mount – Nice to see him out there. Another on the wrong end of a bad tackle. It seemed to irritate him which took his mind off the game. 4/10

Hannibal – Full of energy and intensity as per usual. Wasn’t given any time on the ball. 5/10

Marcus Rashford – Showed one or two nice bits of skill but wasn’t given many opportunities to get at his man. 5/10

Ethan Williams – Started on the right-hand side but rarely saw the ball due to the constant pressure United were under. 5/10

Ethan Wheatley – Nice to see him out there. Energetic but given very little service to feed on. 5/10

Subs:
Harry Amass – Was skinned far too easily on a couple of occasions but really nice to see him out there. Good technically but very raw.

Rhys Bennett – Has worked hard for this chance. Looked calm and assured in the second half.

Sonny Aljofree – Neat and tidy in possession. I’d like to see him play it forward a bit more. Solid enough.

Habeeb Ogunneye – Competed well against professionals in the middle of their season. Didn’t look out of place.

Toby Collyer – Sporting the captain’s armband for the second half. Started positively. Made some important tackles.

Maxi Oyedele – He looked good alongside Collyer in midfield. I would have liked to see him on the ball a little more.

Jack Fletcher – Hit and miss. Probably still a year away from being ready to fully partake in a pre-season tour. Obviously very talented.

Ethan Ennis – Had a half-decent effort saved midway through the second 45. Looked lively whenever given time on the ball. Tested the Rosenborg keeper.

James Scanlon – Worked hard with very little service offered. Looked calm on the ball. Technically good.

Joe Hugill – Was largely feeding off scraps throughout.
