And that means that the Spaniard will be hoping that Edu is able to work on a couple of deals that will see a few more players arrive and boost his sides chances of challenging for that Premier League title
That has led to alot of speculation that Arsenal will again be interested in trying to sign Luiz and Tielemans – two players that they wanted over the course of the summer transfer window
But despite reported interest in Youri Tielemans and David Luiz, Edu has been told that he should sign two midfielders over any of them.
Former Gunners midfielder Emmanuel Petit believes Arsenal should go in for Brighton duo Moises Caicedo and Alexis Mac Allister.
Brighton bought Mac Allister for £7.2m in 2019 and The 23-year-old has been particularly impressive this term, scoring four goals in seven Premier League games.
Caicedo meanwhile has been the subject of plenty of transfer speculation, with Manchester United, Liverpool and Chelsea all linked with Ecuador international as they believe he is ready for that next step in his career
