HERE WE GO: Agent of £70M ‘world-class’ player now in talks with Arsenal despite agreeing terms Manchester United – Arteta wants to highjack Him before Chelsea comes in

Manchester United looked on course to complete the signing of one top European midfielder but his agents are still talking to both Tottenham and Arsenal.

The Red Devils are looking to keep adding to their squad after completing the exciting signings of Joshua Zirkzee and Leny Yoro in recent weeks.

However, while it does seem there is some momentum building at Old Trafford, their quest to land a new midfielder looks to be running into trouble.

United are being linked with different midfielders, including Manuel Ugarte of PSG.

But one of the key names being mentioned alongside Ugarte is French midfielder, Adrien Rabiot.

Reports have suggested Rabiot would prefer to join Manchester United over any other club.

However, according to reports, his agents are still speaking to a number of interested parties, including Tottenham and Arsenal.

According to reports from CaughtOffside, Rabiot is a man in-demand and Manchester United are hoping to get a deal over the line.

But nothing is close to being resolved just yet and according to the report, Rabiot’s agents are talking to a number of other clubs about a deal.

Those clubs include Arsenal, Tottenham and Liverpool, while Barcelona and Real Madrid are also not being ruled out of the equation.

Rabiot has been linked with a move to England for some time now but it’s never quite got over the line.

But after finally leaving Juventus this summer, it feels like the time is primed more than ever for the Frenchman to get his move to the Premier League.

Lauded as a ‘world-class’ operator by former France striker David Trezeguet, Rabiot would add yet another dimension to the midfield of any Premier League team.

Quite who he ends up signing for in the end, remains to be seen. But with so much interest, he’s likely to have a big decision to make.
