Manchester United have finally opened their purse to sign Sofyan Amrabat from Fiorentina by presenting an official offer, as per reports.

Earlier in the day, we covered a story (via CdS) stating that United have to meet the fee offered by Fulham i.e. 30 million euros, to lure the African defensive midfielder.

The Serie A club have been demanding 30 million euros for almost two months. Now, Man Utd have reached the asking fee.

Calcio Mercato have published a story and revealed that Man Utd have tabled an official proposal of 30 million euros plus more for the 27-year-old.

Amrabat already has a general agreement to move to Old Trafford and the latest bid submitted by the Premier League club is seen favorably by Fiorentina.

The Viola are happy to let the player leave and it is increasingly likely that his next destination is Manchester United.

As per Italian journalist, Rudy Galetti, Fulham made a late attempt to secure the former Hellas Verona midfielder but he only wans to move to the 20-time English champions.

The £30,000 a week made the highest number of recoveries at the FIFA World Cup and no one ran more miles than him in the competition in Qatar.

Amrabat was a key member of the Fiorentina side that reached the final of the UEFA Europa Conference League last season but has not made a single appearance for the club so far this season.

Will he play his first game of the current campaign with Man Utd? We shall see.
