Manchester United midfielder Christian Eriksen is confident that his Denmark and Red Devils teammate Rasmus Hojlund will eventually come good.
The former Tottenham Hotspur midfielder has said that the Man United striker is very hard-working and is not happy when he is not scoring goals.

Eriksen made the comments about the ÂŁ64 million (BBC Sport) Man United player after the Premier League match against Arsenal at Old Trafford on Sunday.

Hojlund did not start the match for Man United. The striker came on as a substitute for Joshua Zirkzee in the 76th minute.
The youngster wasted a glorious opportunity to win the match for Man United.
Hojlund has gone 20 matches without a goal and looks devoid of any confidence, but Eriksen is confident that he will eventually come good.
BBC Sport quotes Eriksen as saying about Hojlund: âI am pretty confident that he will come good.
âHe is a hard-working guy and he is unhappy when he doesnât score goals.
âBut you can name about 10 other players in the team who donât score enough goals. He is a good kid, he will be fine.â

Hojlund is only 22 and is still developing and progressing as a striker.
The Denmark international is not the finished article yet, and it could take him a few more years to reach elite status.
While Man United should persevere with Hojlund, they have to sign a better and more experienced striker in the summer transfer window.
If the Red Devils are to challenge for the Premier League top four and establish themselves as regulars in the UEFA Champions League in the coming years, then they simply have to find someone who can score goals more frequently and is more clinical.
In 80 matches in all competitions for Man United since his move from Italian club Atalanta in 2023, Hojlund has scored only 23 goals and provided just three assists. It is simply not good enough.
