Ashley Young has shared his views on the attacking woes at Everton, saying that he can “feel” their fortunes can change.
Speaking live on talkSPORT (14 September, 9:13 am), the new Toffees full-back addressed the issues in front of goal but noted that new signings Beto and Arnaut Danjuma have the ability to “change games”.
Young suggests that it could “take one game” to boost morale and change the course of the tough start to the season, but admits it just “hasn’t happened yet”.
Live on talkSPORT, Young said: “We’ve brought in Beto and Danjuma, they’re very good players and ones who can go and change games and create chances and score the goals.
“But like I say, it’s just one of those things that hasn’t happened yet but it’s there, you can see it, you can feel it. It’ll take one game where we go and win a game, blow a team off the pitch.”

Dyche will definitely take a repeat of this fixture last season. James Tarkowski scored the only goal in a 1-0 victory on Dyche’s debut for the Toffees – a victory that ultimately saved them from relegation.
For now, Everton need to get back to scoring ways, but hopefully, Young’s feeling will prove intuitive.
