‘I’M NOT HAPPY HERE’: £25m player is unhappy at Arsenal, Newcastle United now ready to offer small profit

Arsenal defender is aware that Premier League clubs want to sign him with Newcastle United ready to pay around £30million.

That’s according to The Sun, who claim that Tierney could be on his way out of Arsenal at the end of the season.

It’s stated that Tierney is growing increasingly frustrated at Arsenal and doesn’t want to be on the bench.

The report also boldly claims that Tierney is becoming an ‘increasingly isolated figure in the dressing room’ at Arsenal.

That’s quite the suggestion but Tierney allegedly knows that Premier League clubs are interested in signing him.

Mikel Arteta wants to use Tierney in the Europa League but that probably isn’t going to appease the Scotland international after just four Premier League starts this term.

Newcastle are ‘making no secret’ of their interest in Tierney, potentially trying to tee up a summer move for the left back.

Eddie Howe’s Magpies are reportedly willing to offer up £30million for Tierney in the hope that Arsenal will sell.

KIERAN TIERNEY TO ARSENAL MAKES PERFECT SENSE

Whilst Arsenal may not want to sell to an up-and-coming rival, Newcastle could be the ideal home for Tierney.

The Magpies may be in the market for a long-term solution at left back having seems Dan Burn and Matt Targett play there this season.

Tierney would be able to move to Newcastle and play regular first-team football under a manager who rated him in Eddie Howe.

Howe allegedly made Tierney his top target for the 2018 summer transfer window at Bournemouth, but no deal materialised.

Howe has shown a tendency to sign players with Premier League experience like Nick Pope, Kieran Trippier, Chris Wood, Burn and Targett.

Tierney fits into that mould whilst still having some untapped potential at 25.

£30million may be a tad cheap given that Arsenal paid £25million to sign Tierney from Celtic back in 2019 but Newcastle will be hoping to pull off a reasonable deal.
