‘It will be a dream come true for Him’: Kylian Mbappe confirmed another French star wants to join Him at Emirate soon – personal terms already agreed

Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal are now reportedly trying to sign Crystal Palace star Michael Olise.

According to 90min, Arsenal are interested in signing Michael Olise from London and Premier League rivals Crystal Palace in the summer transfer window.

The report has claimed that Arsenal have “expressed an interest” in Olise and are now actively trying to bring him to the Emirates Stadium.

Celsea and Manchester City are also keen on the 21-year-old, who can operate as an attacking midfielder or as a winger and was described as “outrageous” by Crystal Palace central midfielder Will Hughes, as relayed by Wrexham goalkeeper Ben Foster on his YouTube channel in August 2022.

Arsenal do not need to sign Michael Olise

In our opinion, Arsenal need not sign Michael Olise from Crystal Palace in the summer transfer window.

Yes, the 21-year-old is a very good and promising young attacking player and has done well for Palace, but Arsenal do not need to sign another wide player

The Gunners do have enough attacking players in their squad.

Martin Odegaard, Kai Havertz, Emile Smith Rowe, Fabio Vieira, Gabriel Martinelli, Leandro Trossard, Bukayo Saka, Reiss Nelson and Marquinhos are the main attacking options for Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta at the moment.

Gabriel Jesus is the number one striker for the Gunners, who also have Eddie Nketiah and Folarin Balogun on their books to play upfront.

Where would Olise fit into the Arsenal team?

The 21-year-old made 31 starts and six substitute appearances in the Premier League for Palace last season

The attacker scored two goals and gave 11 assists in those games.

Olise has made 63 appearances in the Premier League so far in his career.

The France Under-21 international has scored four goals and given 16 assists in those games.
