Manchester United vs Everton Predicted Line-Up as Erik Ten Hag makes Key four changes that will Save His man united Job

Harry Maguire is starting for Manchester United against Everton today, and Christian Eriksen is back in the lineup.

Naturally, Luke Shaw gets left out though. Shaw, making his 250th appearance for the team and his first after agreeing to a four-year contract extension, left the game against Brentford after 36 minutes and headed straight down the tunnel.

On Wednesday night, manager Erik ten Hag played it cool, refusing to comment until Shaw was evaluated.

“You have to see over days how [Shaw] progresses,” Ten Hag then told reporters on Friday. “Sometimes you underestimate this injury, but I think Luke did quite well and knows his body.

“He went off at the right moment before getting more damage. So in this moment we are quite positive about him returning quickly.”

Tyrell Malacia comes into the side in Shaw’s absence against Everton. There was also a decison for Ten Hag to make on the other side of the United defence, and it’s Aaron Wan-Bissaka now back from illness, who gets the nod over Diogo Dalot. Maguire partners Lisandro Martinez in the middle.

Wout Weghorst was dropped against Brentford and is named on the bench again. Ten Hag has been cautious with Anthony Martial on his return to fitness, starting Jadon Sancho instead on Wednesday night, and does so again with the Frenchman on the bench.

Eriksen is available and among the substitutes for the first time since January in a huge boost, though Casemiro is still suspended. Alejandro Garnacho is still sidelined along with the likes of Donny van de Beek and Tom Heaton.

Man United XI: Onana, Wan-Bissaka, Maguire, Dalot, Malacia, McTominay, Sabitzer, Antony, Fernandes, Martial, Rashford.

Subs: Lindelof, Martial, Eriksen,Varane,Martinez ,Pellistri, Butland.
