Manchester United’s next six Premier League fixtures compared to Liverpool, Tottenham and rivals as Ten Hag men set for another struggle after confirming two key players departure today

Manchester United’s defeat to West Ham saw them drop to eighth in the Premier League table.

The Reds lost for the eighth time in the Premier League when they were beaten by David Moyes’ side on Saturday lunchtime. The defeat saw United concede twice in the second half.

Erik ten Hag’s side will hope to bounce back at Old Trafford next week but face a daunting test against high-flying Aston Villa on Boxing Day. With the fixtures coming thick and fast over the festive period, there is then only one league game in January before the second half of the season gets going in February. Here’s how the fixture list looks for United and their immediate rivals.

United’s next six fixtures
Aston Villa (H) – Boxing Day
Nottingham Forest (A) – December 30
Tottenham Hotspur (H) – January 14
Wolverhampton Wanderers (A) – February 1
West Ham United (H) – February 3
Aston Villa (A) – February 11
