Positive negotiations are continuing between West Ham and Arsenal over a move for Declan Rice, according to Sky Sports.
The publication noted that the two London outfits are currently working on the fee and payment structure of the deal.
It comes after the Gunners saw a second bid worth £90m rejected for the England international on Tuesday (20 June).

It’s becoming more and more clear that Arsenal have their heart set on bringing Rice to the Emirates this summer.
Gunners manager Mikel Arteta is undoubtedly a huge fan of the Hammers ace, with the boss keen to get a deal done as soon as possible in order to have plenty of time to work with the midfielder ahead of the new campaign.
But West Ham aren’t exactly being straightforward in the pursuit, with the East London outfit rightfully holding out for as long as possible as they attempt to extract the appropriate fee for their star man.
Rice looks certain to leave the London Stadium this summer, but just how much he will go for in the end remains to be seen.
The Hammers will get a huge fee for the midfielder, with much of that needing to be spent on a Rice replacement, which will be a very difficult task in the months ahead.
