‘Meeting already scheduled’: Romano now claims £75k-a-week Arsenal ace will join new club today
Arsenal midfielder Lucas Torreira will sign the contract to join Galatasaray today, according to Fabrizio Romano.
The Gunners man’s departure has been on the cards for some time now.
Torreira joined Arsenal from Sampdoria four years ago, for a reported £26m ehe 26-year-old enjoyed a superb debut campaign in the Premier League
However, after a difficult second season at the Emirates, Mikel Arteta decided that Torreira wasn’t part of his plans.
The Uruguay international was loaned out to Atletico Madrid in 2020 and then to Fiorentina last season.
