The Red Devils have followed the Turkish goalkeeper for a matter of weeks now in order to provide cover at the goalkeeper position. Andre Onana, signed this summer from Inter Milan, is the undisputed starter for the Reds.

Romano has reported through his social media handle that the Fenerbahce goalkeeper described as “amazing” is already in England before his imminent move to the Manchester club. The imminent departure of Dean Henderson to Crystal Palace will leave the Old Trafford-based outfit thin in the goalkeeper position. Hence, they will seemingly look to wrap up the signing of the Turkish international soon.

The transfer market expert reported that the 20-time Premier League champions will pay a fee in the region of £6 million. The shot-stopper has already completed his medical tests a few days ago in Athens ahead of his move, and it is just a matter of completing the final details before the transfer is officially wrapped up.
