Mykhaylo Mudryk is on his way to London to undergo a medical, AGREEMENT REACHED. €70m+€30m add ons
Fabrizio Romano has reported on Twitter that Mykhailo Mudryk is set to join Graham Potter’s Chelsea, not Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal.
The Italian journalist has claimed that Mudryk is ready to undergo a medical at Arenal’s London and Premier League rivals Chelsea.
Mudryk will fly to London in the coming hours and will be in the UK to discuss the details, according to the well-known and well-respective journalist.
The Athletic have reported that the 22-year-old winger has already agreed personal terms with Chelsea and will sign a long-term contract with the former Premier League and UEFA Champions League winners.
Chelsea will reportedly pay Shakhtar Donetsk an initial transfer fee of £62 million with a further £35 million in add-ons for the winger.
The report has claimed that the Ukraine international is a key transfer target for Arsenal, who now look set to miss out on him.
Romano has also reported of bids from Arsenal for the 22-year-old winger.
This will come as a big blow for Arsenal, who will now have to focus elsewhere and find a replacement target, as the Gunners aim to enhance their chances of winning the Premier League title this season.
