Arsenal

None of them can compete with us,they mock at us because we drew with Chelsea not knowing that our De Bruyne is back’: Man city Star Rodri sends strong premier league warning to Arsenal and Liverpool after netting an equalizer against Chelsea yesterday

Rodri has made a prediction about Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal and Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool after Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City failed to win against Mauricio Pochettino’s Chelsea.

Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester City all are aiming to win the Premier League title this season.

So, what has Rodri said about Arsenal and Liverpool? Let’s take a look.

Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester City competing for Premier League title
Well, Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester City all were in action in the Premier League on Saturday.

Liverpool took on Brentford away from home in the Premier League in the lunchtime kickoff. Jurgen Klopp’s side hammered the Bees 4-1.

Then Arsenal faced Burnley away from home at Turf Moor. The Clarets are in danger of getting relegated to the Championship at the end of the season. Mikel Arteta’s side beat them 5-0. Bukayo Saka was world class.

Manchester City took on Chelsea at the Etihad Stadium on Saturday evening. The defending champions failed to win. The match ended in a 1-1 draw.

Liverpool are now at the top of the Premier League table with 57 points from 25 matches.

Arsenal are second with 55 points from 25 games, while City are third. Pep Guardiola’s side have picked up 53 points from 24 games.

Rodri gives his verdict
After failing to win against Chelsea, Manchester City midfielder Rodri made some interesting comments on Liverpool and Arsenal.

The Spain international defensive midfielder, who scored against Chelsea, said that he knows that City, Liverpool or Arsenal will not win all of their games between now and the end of the season.

Rodri told BBC Sport: “There’s still a long way until the end of the season. We have to win against Brentford.

“We were on a very good run and we know none of us three [City, Liverpool and Arsenal] will win every game until the end. We have to have strong mentality and move on to the next one.

“We have enough experience to know it’s just the beginning of the last part of the season. We want to win but we have to check ourselves and in the first half with our defending we have to be stronger for the rest of the season.”

While it is unlikely that Liverpool, Arsenal and City will win each and every game between now and the end of the season, I do not think that any team can afford to drop points.

I think that the race for the Premier League title race go down to the wire.
