Arsenal star Oleksandr Zinchenko has spoken highly of Gunners’ January transfer target Mykhailo Mudryk to his bosses, according to 90min.

90min have reported that Arsenal have closely monitored Mudryk in recent months and are interested in signing the Shakhtar Donetsk winger in the January transfer window.

The report has claimed that Zinchenko, who can operate as a left-back or in midfield, ‘has given a glowing reference of the 21-year-old to his Arsenal bosses’.

Mudryk has played eight times for Ukraine so far in his career.

Zinchenko, who moved to Arsenal from defending Premier League champions Manchester City in the summer transfer window, has turned out 52 times for Ukraine.
