With Ten Hag’s United and Arteta’s Arsenal still in the competition, fans of both clubs will be wondering who they could face in the next round should the two sides progress.
Italian giants Juventus remain in the competition as they look to salvage a troubled campaign with glory in Europe’s second-tier tournament. They currently sit seventh in Serie A and are 12 points behind fourth-placed Roma.
Sevilla, like Juventus, are also enduring a tough season by their standards and are outside the La Liga relegation zone only on goal difference.
The Spanish side have won the Europa League six times – a record for the competition – and will face Fenerbahce for a place in the quarter-finals.
UEFA Europa Conference League holders Roma are another side still in the competition. Jose Mourinho’s side are yet to win the Europa League and have a tough round-of-16 tie against Real Sociedad.
Union Berlin have been the surprise package in the Bundesliga this year. Urs Fischer’s team sit third in the league and are enjoying a good Europa League run so far.
The German side will take on Belgian side Union Saint-Gilloise in the last 16.
Fellow Bundesliga side Bayer Leverkusen face Hungarian side Ferencvaros in the last-16 stage.

The first legs in the round of 16 will take place on Thursday (March 9) with the second leg taking place a week later.

As stated, there will be no seeds or country protection in the draw for the quarter-final.
That means that both Arsenal and United could play against each other in the next round of the competition.

The Red Devils won the first encounter back in September, with Marcus Rashford and Antony both scoring in a 3-1 win.
Arteta’s men won the second meeting back in January as Eddie Nketiah and Bukayo Saka both scored in a last-gasp 3-2 victory for the league leaders.
When are the quarter-finals?
The draw for the Europa League quarter-finals will take place on Friday, March 17 – a day after the last-16 second legs.
It will take place at the UEFA headquarters in Nyon, Switzerland.
The draw is set to get underway at 12pm in the United Kingdom.
Following the draw, the first legs of the quarter-finals will be played on April 13, with the second legs taking place a week later.
