Arsenal are turning back towards Atalanta forward Ademola Lookman, having already approached him last summer, and the asking price remains €50m.
There had already been initial talks back in August 2024, with Liverpool also interested in the Nigeria international who was born in England.
Now 10 months on, the 27-year-old looks as if he is back on the radar for a Premier League transfer after another impressive campaign in Bergamo.
Lookman back on Arsenal radar
Atalanta value Lookman at circa €45-50m plus add-ons, with the former Charlton, Everton and Fulham man feeling he has proved himself sufficiently in Italy to warrant another crack at the Premier League.
He scored 20 goals with seven assists in 40 competitive games for Atalanta this season, helping them secure third place in Serie A and reach the Champions League knockout stages.
The Charlton youth product was purchased from RB Leipzig in 2022 for €10.85m plus bonuses and a cut of the sell-on fee.
He flourished with Atalanta, scoring 52 goals and contributing 25 assists in 118 competitive appearances, winning the Europa League with a hat-trick in the Final against Bayer Leverkusen
