The talented goalkeeper is rater very highly by the scouts. He has made four appearances for Derby’s U-18 team, despite being just 15 years old.

He wasn’t included in Derby’s scholarship list for 2025, highlighting that the Red Devils are getting close to signing him.

At this stage, Charlie Hardy moving to Man Utd would benefit him massively. The young Englishman can develop in the Red Devils academy and look to continue his development in the coming years.
