Wanted by many but still Fancy Arsenal move – £75m star is waiting for Arsenal after green light to Arteta to complete transfer,Here we go soon
Ryan Taylor has said that West Ham United midfielder Declan Rice wants to move to Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal.
The Express journalist has told GiveMeSport that the inside information that he has got about Declan Rice is that the West Ham United and England international midfielder “wants to join” Arsenal in the summer transfer window.
The Mirror have reported that Arsenal plan to make a third bid for Rice, adding that treble-winners Manchester City are keen on the 24-year-old as well and could make an offer themselves.
West Ham United star Declan Rice wants to join Arsenal
Taylor said about Rice: “From what I understand, he wants to join the club. He’s sold by Mikel Arteta’s project.
“He ideally wants to remain in London because he wants to be close to his family here in Kingston upon Thames.
“He said a few times in interviews that he doesn’t really want to move too far away from his roots.”
Gunners need to get a deal done now
In our opinion, Arsenal need to step up their pursuit of Declan Rice and get a deal done with West Ham United before Manchester City muscle in.
If the Englishman is keen on moving to the Gunners, then the North London club should not wait for long now and pay the £100 million transfer fee that the Hammers reportedly want.
After all, City, who won the Premier League, the FA Cup and the UEFA Champions League last season, could easily pay the £100 million to the Hammers.
Arsenal have been chasing Rice for a long time, and it is now time that the North London club seal the deal.
