BREAKING NEWS: Man United will stop us from winning the league next season if they eventually sign two of this player, they make become undestructible”, Pep Guardiola says Man United will be so dangerous to play if they sign this Duo

Manchester United are preparing a formal bid worth £34 million to beat Manchester City and Barcelona to the signing of Palmeiras wonderkid Eduardo Conceicao.

The 16-year-old is described as one of the finest talents to come through Palmeiras’ academy after Endrick and Estevao, and could secure a similar move to Europe.

Man City and Barcelona are already in advanced discussions for the 16-year-old, who is reportedly a ‘ball-carrying attacking midfielder’. He can also operate from the left wing.

United have now entered the race for the teenager and are prepared to make an official bid of £34m in fixed terms, with bonuses still to be defined, according to The Daily Mail.

It is claimed that a deal could depend on the future of midfielder Allan. Napoli have had a £30m bid turned down. Palmeiras are more inclined to wait if the 22-year-old departs this year.

Conceicao would be a superb long-term signing
The 16-year-old has yet to make his senior debut for Palmeiras, and The Daily Mail report that he will be slowly integrated into their first-team squad to gain experience in the near future.

Despite this, he has already made a huge impression. Conceicao recently featured at the Under-17 South American Championship, where Brazil finished third behind Argentina and Colombia.

Conceicao was brilliant at the tournament with two goals and two assists from four appearances. He was clearly a cut above the rest, completing five dribbles and winning a stunning 13 duels per outing.

The youngster also made four recoveries on average. He looks like a mesmerising talent, and United seem determined to prise him away from Palmeiras before Man City and Barcelona.

Conceicao would represent a superb long-term signing and could be seen as a potential successor to Bruno Fernandes. United may want to secure an advanced agreement at the earliest.

The Brazilian wonderkid can’t move to the Premier League or La Liga until he turns 18 in December 2027. Hence, a formal transfer won’t materialise until the 2028 winter transfer window.
